Music college

Wow a company that lies. Due to me wanting to leave their service. I have the text messages to prove what went on. I left due to the way I was spoken to over the phone and when I decided to cancel was still offered lessons with said teacher. When I said I didn't want this to happen and would like to cancel all together I was told that I had to give two weeks notice. When I said I would prefer not to and the company could just keep my money as I would be uncomfortable with returning after the phone conversation a refund was then offered. I have now had the company harrassing me today making false claims. I was never shaking or aggressive towards any teacher at this company as I was there paying good money to be taught how to play guitar seeing as its a 30minute class and the entire 30mins was spent playing guitar. I have always entered and left the establishment calm and never caused any issues. Due to me leaving and putting a one star review I have now been bullied constantly by text message claiming I have medical conditions and this was the reason they cancelled my lessons yet there was mention of any of these issues until an hour ago claimed by the person contacting me.

My 5 year old daughter just loves guitar lessons at Castlerock Music. Her instructors and friendly and encouraging and I love the emphasis on learning to read music. So glad we chose Castlerock for fabulous music instruction.

Fantastic company! Staff are friendly and helpful.I absolutely loved my signing lessons with Manni. I used to feel very nervous singing in front of others, and now I feel more confident and I really enjoy singing and it's only been a few months!!Thanks Castelerock!!

Great place to take your child for music lessons. They are very professional and understanding. I have been to other music places in Rockingham and this place has been the best. Amber is a great teacher to my daughter, she is welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Castlerock Music Academy.

Really Dug the audio quality, and production quality of digital lessons.As an audio engineer with experience in mastering and production I can't recommend the online audio quality enough for Castlerock! Keep it real.Can't go wrong with a music school ran by audio engineers and expert teachers.
